BOLDFISH Rentals is a full-service event equipment rental company based in Minot, North Dakota. We provide portable stages, LED video walls, professional sound systems, lighting, truss, pipe and drape, and related event production equipment for corporate events, conferences, churches, concerts, festivals, schools, and community events.
Our team can provide delivery, setup, event support, and teardown, making it easier for customers to create professional events without coordinating multiple equipment vendors. BOLDFISH Rentals provides practical, professional solutions sized for each event.

BOLDFISH LLC operates three connected divisons.
Provides event equipment rentals ranging from individual equipment rentals to complete event production setups, including staging, LED video walls, sound, lighting, truss, and pipe and drape.
Provides LED video wall sales, system design, installation, training, and support for churches and businesses.
The three divisions share equipment, production experience, and technical expertise.
BOLDFISH Rentals benefits from the same hands-on experience used in BOLDFISH Productions live events and BOLDFISH LED video wall sales and installations, giving our rental customers practical support backed by real-world production experience.

BOLDFISH Rentals is based in Minot, North Dakota, and primarily serves customers throughout North Dakota, South Dakota, eastern Montana, and western Minnesota.
We regularly travel to event venues throughout the Upper Midwest and can provide equipment and production support beyond our primary service area when the project is a good fit.
Our portable equipment allows us to work in a wide range of venues, including convention centers, hotel ballrooms, churches, auditoriums, gyms, outdoor event spaces, and other temporary production environments.
